1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and ef77 (hereinafter referred to as "ef77", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://ef77.cam.

ef77 is an English-language online gambling platform targeted at users who choose to access it, including users located in Pakistan. This platform offers sports betting, live casino, slots and instant games. All balances, deposits and wager amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees ("PKR" / "Rs").

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the ef77 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins or wagering credits granted by ef77 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Cashier" means the deposit and withdrawal management section within a User's Account.
• "Eligible User" means a natural person who meets all requirements under Clause 3 of these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification.
• "Platform" means the ef77 website, including all games, betting markets, promotional content and account management features accessible at https://ef77.cam.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary display currency of the Platform.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User from their own financial resources, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game entry placed by a User using Account funds.

3. Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the ef77 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register an Account and place Wagers if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not in any professional, commercial or resale capacity.
3. You are legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your country, state or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether such access is lawful.
4. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, where ef77 has expressly excluded registration from that jurisdiction.
5. You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using the Platform.
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended, closed or self-excluded on the ef77 platform.
7. You are not a current employee, contractor, director or officer of ef77 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ef77 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ef77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. ef77 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify ef77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ef77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ef77 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. A selfie or liveness check may also be required. You must only submit genuine, unaltered documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal.

5. Terms of Use

By using the ef77 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose some or all funds deposited into your Account.
• ef77 does not guarantee any outcomes, winnings or returns on Wagers placed.
• All games and betting markets on the Platform are provided by third-party technology partners. ef77 does not control game outcomes, which are determined by certified random number generators or live event results.
• You are using the Platform on your own initiative and at your own financial risk.
• You will not attempt to access the Platform through automated means, bots, scripts or other technical exploits.
• All communications from ef77, including promotional materials, will be delivered in English.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

ef77 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the Cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute confirmation of availability or endorsement by those institutions.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in PKR within the Cashier and are subject to change at ef77's discretion.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Cashier section of your Account. ef77 reserves the right to process withdrawals using the same method used for deposit where operationally feasible. Before any withdrawal is processed, ef77 may require:

• Completion of all applicable KYC verification steps;
• Satisfaction of all wagering requirements attached to any active or recent Bonus Funds;
• Confirmation that your Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes or fraud flags.

Processing times for withdrawals are at the operator's discretion and are not guaranteed. ef77 makes no representations regarding the speed of withdrawal processing. Withdrawal destination accounts must be registered in the same name as your ef77 Account.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. ef77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with the dormant account policy published in the Help Centre. Applicable fees, if any, will be deducted from the Account balance.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ef77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum permitted stake per bet round applies while Bonus Funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute less. Game contribution tables are published in the Help Centre.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds not used within the validity period specified in the promotion are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from Bonus Fund winnings.
• One Bonus per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household address, IP address, device and payment method unless otherwise specified.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games and instant games on the ef77 platform are governed by specific product rules that supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game or market rules and these Terms, the individual product rules shall prevail for that specific product.

8.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. ef77 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or adjust odds in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, event cancellations, match or event irregularities and integrity concerns. In the case of abandoned or cancelled events (including Pakistan cricket, PSL or ICC tournaments), settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific rules.

8.2 Casino & Live Games

Casino games and live dealer games are provided by third-party technology partners. Game outcomes for digital casino games are determined by certified random number generators. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the real-time play of physical game elements. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical and computed over large sample sizes — they do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

8.3 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software or hardware error, system failure or any malfunction affecting a game or betting market, ef77 reserves the right to void affected transactions. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction period will not be honoured. ef77 shall not be liable for any alleged winnings arising from a technical error or malfunction.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ef77 platform. A violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name;
• Using the Platform while under the legal minimum gambling age;
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting or use of privileged information;
• Using technical exploits, automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
• Coordinating with other Users to exploit bonuses or game mechanics (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "collusion");
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, geo-restriction or responsible gambling control;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ef77 support staff or other platform users.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

ef77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close a User's Account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct;
• Regulatory, compliance or operator-level instruction to cease services to specific Users;
• User request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme.

Where an Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, ef77 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including Real Money Funds, pending winnings and Bonus Funds. Where closure is initiated by the User in good standing (i.e., voluntary account closure with no outstanding violations), ef77 will process any remaining withdrawable balance subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of all applicable wagering conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ef77, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, including gambling losses, arising from use of the Platform;
• Interruption of service, platform downtime or technical failures beyond ef77's reasonable control;
• Loss of data arising from Account-related incidents where reasonable security measures were in place;
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or data suppliers;
• Your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional material.

12. Responsible Gambling

ef77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. The following player protection tools are available to all registered Users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and ef77 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the ef77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software and the compilation thereof — is the property of ef77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, modification, distribution or public display of Platform content without express written consent from ef77;
• Commercial exploitation of any Platform content or functionality;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to derive source code from Platform software.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ef77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ef77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

ef77 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is appropriate or legally accessible in any specific jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. This document is not legal advice. 15. Amendments to These Terms

ef77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ef77 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.
